A social advice - Keep an Eye on your Eyes

Wealthy health is more important than computer safety and protection for computer users.

Computer user, who is starring at computer day and night, has to give more care of his/her eyes.

Our eyes will be tired very soon because the computer monitor’s light density will vary randomly. The user has to give rest to the tired eyes. This is called 2020 formula.

We can protect our eyes by adjusting the monitor’s brightness.  For example, monitor’s brightness will be less in day time. In converse, it will be high in night times. It will affect our eyes definitely.

Most of us will keep same settings for the whole day. Even if you are changing the settings for day and night, it is very difficult to change each time. If the computer monitor’s brightness adjusts automatically, it will be good.

We can define the settings and timings. This can be used for windows, linux and Mac computers.

First, download the software from the link and proceed with the following steps:
1.     Change Settings

2.     Adjust your Lighting for Day and Light :
Select the ranges for brightness that has to display in day and night

3.     Set your Location:
Click on ‘Change’ to select your location from the map. Else, type your location in the appropriate box.

4.     Transition speed:
This helps to display monitor’s brightness with respect to time.
