We can use USB drive as a opener or magic stick for computer. 'Predator' program can be used for this purpose and it is available as a freeware in internet. Upto now, we used passwords to lock and unlock the computer.

Here, we will see how to see USB as a key to open computer as 'Secret Police' in cinema.

To start your computer, you need to plug your USB. Otherwise it will not run. Someone tried to start your computer without this USB, they will get 'Access Denied' error message. To set your USB as key to open your computer follow the steps as below.

  1. First, click here to download Predator software. Install the same in your machine.
  2. When Predator starts, plug your USB. Don't feel scare to insert the USB, because It won't change any content in your drivers.Following this, it will prompt a dialogue box. Hit OK to continue.
  3. Now, you will get 'Preferences' window. let see  some important settings in this window.  In 'New Password' field, enter difficult password that cannot be guessed by others easily. If you select 'Always Required' check box,  system will ask you to enter password whenever you starts your machine. Finally, select appropriate flash drive from 'Flash Drives' section. After this, click on 'Create key' and then hit OK to come out of the window.
  4. Now 'Predator' will finish its installation. After finishing installation, click on the predator icon from the task bar.After few seconds, the icon colour will be changed to green. It indicates that the predator start to work. The Predator will check your system that USB has been pugged in or not for every 30 seconds.If USB has not installed, your computer will stop working.
To stop 'Predator' processing temporarily 
     To stop its process temporarily, 'Pause Monitoring' from task bar menu. When your personal computer locked, if someone tried to access your system, you would see the action from 'View log' when you start the computer next time. 'View log' will appear on your task bar menu.

Google is working on 10 Gigabit Speed

Currently, Google is offering 1 GB per second to its customer through 'Fiber' service in Kansas city area. Google is working on to offer 10 times faster than what it delivers to its customer now. If this comes to real, a drastic change will happen in internet usage.
